Privacy
RootTree stores the account and family records you submit. Family pages are shown only to people signed in to that family, and to the site admin.
Passwords are stored as a salted hash. The session cookie is HttpOnly and is not readable by page scripts. Phone numbers and notes are visible to members of the same family.
Public pages are the home page, this privacy page, and the about page. Tree and admin pages are not listed for search engines.
